Big news: I’m building The Body Empowerment Program—designed with you in mind.

From the Sunday Self-Care Chronicles | 9/7/25

This week’s Sunday Self-Care Chronicles shares a sneak peek at what’s next for me professionally—and for you, too. After years of dreaming, testing, and refining, I’m officially building The Body Empowerment Program, a group offering designed to expand self-care beyond the treatment table.

This week’s issue touches on:

✨ Why I’m focusing the rest of this year on bringing this vision to life
✨ The core themes—lymphedema care, scar tissue relief, and mind-body reconnection
✨ How you can get early access, behind-the-scenes updates, and even help shape the program

Hi sweet friend!

Last week I shared a little resource called “Notes from the Universe” but this week I want to share a peek ahead in MY universe….

For nearly six years I have been working to find a truly transformative and sustainable way to expand my services beyond the treatment table so that I could offer support and guidance to people around the world with my brain and not just locally with my hands.

At times it's felt like a game of Chutes (or Snakes depending on where you're from) and Ladders with lots of ups and equally as many downs, but thankfully I've hung in there because I know I have something real to offer.

While I love and am super proud of my couple of on-demand resources currently available, I have a larger vision of offering not only deeper education but guided support and community connection.

Which is why for the rest of this year my primary focus will be designing and building out the all new breast cancer self-care Body Empowerment Program!

This will be a group program focused on the most common concerns I see among my clients (namely lymphedema risk/symptom management, self-massage for scar tissue and radiation fibrosis, and restoring the mind-body connection).

It will combine practical self-care education practices, guided group support from me, and the opportunity for community connection. I hope to launch the first iteration no later than early 2026!

This has been a long time coming and I'm so excited to be moving forward with a foundation and format that I believe could change the way people living with a breast cancer experience learn to understand, care for, and connect with their bodies in recovery and survivorship.

You'll still find me in the office with clients every week and I'll continue to show up with these Sunday emails, but outside of those two things most of my professional time and energy will be spent on honing the content for the program and building free tools that can help you decide if eventually The Body Empowerment Program will be right for you.

As always, because you already so generously allow me into your inbox you will get first access to updates, glimpses behind the scenes, and, when the time comes, an exclusive offer to join the program as a beta tester at a one time only discount.

Tomorrow finds me back in the office after an exceptional couple of weeks away so I'll be catching up on emails, getting back in the swing of things with clients, and getting started on this next chapter of Amy Hartl, Your Breast Cancer Self-Care Specialist™.

Thank you for being here and always being in this with me!
