Taking care of your body after a breast cancer diagnosis is overwhelming.
You don’t have to do it alone.
The Survivorship Starting Point
A free “starter kit” for life after breast cancer.
If you’re looking for a place to begin, this is it.
The Survivorship Starting Point is my free, practical guide designed to help you find your footing and begin caring for your body after treatment — one step at a time.
Whether it’s been weeks, months, or years, this is a place to get reoriented to yourself again, as you are now.
You’re not lost. You’re just navigating without a map.
Breast cancer survivorship often comes with fewer guideposts than treatment ever did. Appointments slow down, support fades, and you’re left to figure out how to live in a changed body — often without clear guidance or language for what’s happening.
That’s where active, body-based healing comes in: not fixing yourself, not rushing forward, but learning how to care for your body with context, safety, and intention in this next phase.
This understanding has been shaped by my own experience and the hundreds of women I’ve supported in survivorship.

Let’s stay connected.
Every Sunday, I send out an email called The Sunday Self-Care Chronicles where I share real-life tools, encouragement, and insights on healing through and beyond breast cancer — from the intersection of personal and professional experience in breast cancer land.

In moments of collective pain and personal overwhelm, it can be hard to know where to place our energy — or whether what we offer is enough. This reflection explores the intersection of illness, humanity, and giving, and shares a simple practice that has helped me reconnect with hope when the world feels too heavy.
