About this Website

This little corner of the internet didn’t come together on its own. It’s the result of a lot of heart, help, and inspiration—and I believe in giving credit where credit’s due. As someone who values honesty, collaboration, and honoring others’ talents, I wanted to pull back the curtain and share a few of the folks and resources that made this site possible. From the template that gave me a head start to the copywriters who helped me find the right words, this page is a love letter to creative teamwork.

  • Marketing and sales can feel like dirty words , especially in the health and wellness space where we are seeking to serve and heal, not pitch and sell.

    Thanks to the teachings of Tad Hargrave and his Marketing for Hippies membership, I am unlearning old habits of sales tactics that may rely on pain points or scarcity.

    My goal with this website is to simply recognize what I see and experience in the breast cancer community and help you decide if we are a good fit by sharing my point of view and my services.

  • While the copy on this website is written by me and comes from years of studying and understanding my clients’ needs I wouldn’t be fully transparent if I didn’t recognize the resources that I used for both education and inspiration in creating it.

    Tad’s teachings - along with the deep network he draws on - are all about what is true, ethical, and beautiful and I have tried to integrate that throughout my website copy.

  • My website is built on a template called “Rabbit Turtle” from Kara Co Creative with custom modifications made by me.

    Karas templates are not only beautiful but support the ethical copywriting model of Lauren Van Mullem of Truer Words by Lauren.

  • Graphics such as my various logos and the Six Fundamentals of Active Healing were built by me using Canva.

  • The use of AI is becoming more mainstream and while I recognize its inherent challenges and potential pitfalls, as a solo business owner I am also aware and in need of its benefits.

    I used ChatGPT as a strategist and partner at times in creating this website when it comes to structure and copy, but I never relied solely on its output.

    instead I choose to use ideas, outlines, and edits that build on my own words and creative vision, but wanted to be fully transparent in its role here.

My values are built in to everything I do.

I have five main values that I live by and they contain multitudes of facets that help to make me who I am and shape how I work.
