I'm asking — how are you, really?

From the Sunday Self-Care Chronicles | 3/22/26

Hi sweet friend,

I'm skipping the update from my end tonight.

Instead I just want to ask — how are you doing?

Not the "fine, hanging in there" version. The real one.

Are you tired? Scared? Somewhere in that murky middle where you can't quite name what you're feeling?

Or maybe — and I genuinely hope this is you — are you feeling something that looks a little like hope? Like a corner being turned?

Friday was the spring equinox. The long winter is officially behind us. And whether that feels symbolic or just like a fact about the seasons, I think we're all allowed to lean toward the light a little.

So tell me where you are this week. The heavy stuff and the hopeful stuff both have a place here.

Hit reply. I read every single one.

I'm always in this with you.
