Meet The Survivorship Starting Point!
From the Sunday Self-Care Chronicles | 2/1/26
A meaningful milestone: an early invitation into my free breast cancer self-care “starter kit.” In this week’s Chronicle, I share why I created it, who it’s for, and how it’s meant to support the often-overlooked “after” part of a breast cancer experience.

Hello friend!
I’m excited to finally say this out loud:
The Survivorship Starting Point: A Re-Entry Guide to Life After Breast Cancer is ready—and I’m inviting you in first.
If you’ve been reading along for a while, you know this has been taking shape behind the scenes. It’s something I’ve wanted to create for a long time, because I see the same gap come up again and again:
The space after treatment.
The part where the appointments slow down, but the questions don’t.
The moment where you’re expected to “move on,” without much guidance for how to actually live in your body again.
This free breast cancer self-care “starter kit” is a thoughtful email series that brings together the core of how I think about breast cancer self-care—rooted in the body, informed by lived experience, and grounded in what actually helps.
Inside, we explore things like:
what breast cancer self-care really means (and why it’s so often misunderstood)
how to start reconnecting with your body when things feel unfamiliar or tender
what might be missing from your current self-care picture
how to begin making informed, supportive decisions for your next phase
It’s not meant to fix you or rush you forward.
It’s meant to help you orient—so you can feel steadier, more informed, and more at home in yourself.
I’ve already shared this in a couple small spaces, and seeing people opt in—and actually begin engaging with the material—felt like the clearest sign it was time to open it up to my existing community.
✨ One important note:
While you’re moving through this series you won’t receive the Sunday Self-Care Chronicles. That’s intentional—so this feels spacious rather than overwhelming. You can always catch up later in the archives, and nothing is lost.
If you feel curious, ready, or even just gently nudged, I’d love for you to join.

And if now isn’t the moment, that’s okay too. This isn’t going anywhere. I wanted you to know it exists—and that you’re warmly invited.
P.S. Because you’re already part of this community, you’re seeing this before I really start sharing it more broadly. Thank you for being here, for reading, and for trusting me with this work. 💛 If someone you love could benefit from this too, feel free to pass it along.
P.P.S. If you enjoy these weekly emails, please consider sharing the sign up link with someone you know. It's the best form of support I could ask for!
