The new website is live—come take a peek!
From the Sunday Self-Care Chronicles | 8/3/25
This week’s Sunday Self-Care Chronicles is a celebratory look at what’s been quietly unfolding behind the scenes: the launch of my brand new website. But it’s more than just a fresh coat of digital paint—it’s a reflection of how much my work (and my own healing journey) has evolved. From a values-driven Philosophy page to a searchable newsletter archive, this issue invites you to explore, reflect, and maybe even rethink your own perspective on survivorship.
This week’s issue touches on:
✨ Why ethical copywriting matters—and how it shows up in my work
✨ A sneak peek at my new Philosophy page and evolving point of view
✨ An invitation to explore the new site and share what resonates

Hello, dear reader!
Big news this evening—I’ve got a brand new website! 🎉
This has been a true labor of love behind the scenes for months now, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you. Not just because it’s beautiful (though I think it is 😍), but because it reflects how much my work—and my perspective—continues to grow.
You’ll still find all the practical ways to work with me, but now there’s more clarity, more heart, and more honesty about who I’m here to serve.
I’ve been spending a lot of time studying ethical marketing and rewriting my copy to make sure it helps you decide whether we’re a good fit, instead of trying to convince you to buy something.
The part I’m most proud of? My new Philosophy page.
It’s a deep dive into how I approach breast cancer survivorship, including what I believe are the six core fundamentals that every person needs to address to create true healing.
These fundamentals already tie into many of my offers and will become the foundation for my work from here on out.
It’s raw, real, and rooted in both lived experience and professional training—and I’d be honored if you took a few minutes to read it (ok it might be more like 5-10 lol).
Just a suggestion but you might:
🌀 Start with the Philosophy page
💌 Browse the newsletter archive
🏡 Or just explore the full site—click around and make yourself at home!
A quick heads up: I’m still fine-tuning a few formatting issues, especially for mobile devices, so for now the best experience will be on a desktop or laptop.
And if you spot anything funky (a broken link, a missing image, a typo that slipped through…), I’d be so grateful if you let me know. Your extra set of eyes means the world.
💭 Something to consider:
How has your own point of view on healing shifted since your diagnosis? What beliefs have stayed the same and what’s ready to evolve?
☕️ I’d love to hear from you:
I’d love to know what speaks to you most, whether it’s the new design, a specific page, or just the overall vibe.
Hit reply and let me know!
Thanks for being part of this next chapter with me because of course, I'm always in this with you…
ps. We’re all works in progress—websites included. Thanks for being here while mine (and I!) continue to grow.
pps. A special thanks to my “inner circle” who took the time to help me with valuable feedback along the way!
ppps. If you like what you find on my new site please consider sharing it with a friend or on your socials and help me spread the word about my philosophy and work.
