You deserve to feel good in your body.

One of the most important lessons I have learned in my career is that human touch and connection are some of the greatest healing tools available to us.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, in active treatment, or living in any type of survivorship, massage therapy and lymphatic drainage are powerful integrative care options that can assist with your recovery and healing as well as your general health and well-being.

I work with women living with a breast cancer experience who want to play an active role in their healing so they can live each day with more comfort and confidence.

Engaging in supportive therapies like massage and lymphatic drainage creates time and space for your body and spirit to relax and receive through evidence-based care.

What I Know to Be True…

Studies show that massage therapy with a trained oncology massage therapist can reduce pain, fatigue, and nausea as well as promote deep relaxation.

I have worked with people at every stage and phase of a breast cancer experience. Our work can be modified to fit your needs in almost every situation.

People who engage in regular self-care (professional or at home) deepen their mind-body connection in addition to addressing their physical needs.

I’ll walk you through every single step.

Most people don’t realize that massage therapy is not only available to you during a health challenge like breast cancer, it is also extremely supportive and beneficial.

What makes a great oncology massage is not only addressing the physical issues you’re facing in a gentle and nurturing way, but doing so in a safe and relaxing environment.

Together we create a care plan that makes sense for you as an individual, whether for a single session, a short-term recovery series, or regular ongoing support.

Curious what “oncology massage” is all about? I wrote a blog post that explains everything you might want to know.

This is for you if:

  • Dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis is difficult, to say the least.

Oncology massage and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) can help ease stress, anxiety, and depression while fostering a stronger connection to your body.

These therapies also prepare you for surgery and treatments by relieving tension in muscles and connective tissue, supporting your immune system, and helping your body eliminate unwanted elements before treatment begins.

  • Massage therapy and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) can be valuable supports during chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery.

These therapies help reduce pain, fatigue, nausea, and side effects like neuropathy, while promoting healing from incisions and minimizing scar tissue buildup.

Whether on challenging days or better ones, massage can ease your body’s burden and reduce the risk of lymphedema as you move through treatment.

  • Breast cancer treatments can leave lasting effects, but oncology massage offers ongoing support for healing and relief.

Whether you're addressing side effects of surgery or simply seeking to ease the everyday aches and stresses of life, sessions are tailored to ensure safety and effectiveness.

This care not only supports your recovery but enhances your overall quality of life, especially for those living with metastatic concerns.
